Plot:

They find Felicia (Black Cat) being tormented by D'Spayre, who convinces her that she hates Spider-Man (Peter).
The three heroes fight D'Spayre, but the demon's control is broken when Ben reminds Felicia to stop, causing her to see D'Spayre's manipulation.
The three defeat the demon, who vanishes when he realizes he has lost the battle.
Aftermath:
Felicia tells Peter that despite the clone revelation, he is still important to her.
Peter offers to let Ben become the main Spider-Man, but Ben refuses, stating Peter has proven himself worthy over the years.
