Marvel Team-Up #35 (1975) features the Human Torch teaming up with Doctor Strange to find Spider-Man and Valkyrie, who have gone missing after an encounter with Meteor Man. Doctor Strange enlists the Human Torch's help, and while the Torch investigates the Meteor Man's apartment, he is captured by Jeremiah and his followers, the "Innocents of God". Jeremiah then uses the Torch to try and stop a mystical ceremony involving Valkyrie.
