Strike team deployment: Meanwhile, Wolverine, Kid Omega, and Domino visit Forge to receive new Krakoan weaponry. They are deployed to Greenspace, another Xavier-owned facility that is under attack in San Francisco.
A shocking ambush: As Wolverine and Kid Omega pass through a Krakoan gateway to the new facility, the portal is hit by a bomb on the other side. Domino survives, but Wolverine is graphically sliced in half and Kid Omega is decapitated by the closing gate. The issue ends with their apparent deaths.
